Welcome to Kuykendall Appraisal Services, Inc. We have been providing residential real estate valuations in Sacramento county as well as portions of Placer and El Dorado counties since 1981. We do appraisals for many purposes including mortgage lending, foreclosure, relocation, reverse mortgages, divorce, probate, litigation, bankruptcy, insurance, loan adjustment, tax appeals, listing, pre-purchase and general real estate needs. With our years of experience, we have a proven track record of providing prompt professional home appraisal services to meet our client's needs.

We are a small company consisting of one appraiser, Wayne Kuykendall. Wayne is a state certified appraisers and is FHA approved. Wayne is a Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) with the Appraisal Institute and the Sacramento Association of REALTORS (SAR). Membership in SAR gives full access to multiple listing service (MLS) data, public records data, and statistical data for our service area.
