Welcome to Kuykendall Appraisal Services, Inc. We have been providing residential real estate valuations in Sacramento county as well as portions of Placer and El Dorado counties since 1981. We do appraisals for many purposes including mortgage lending, foreclosure, relocation, reverse mortgages, divorce, probate, litigation, bankruptcy, insurance, loan adjustment, tax appeals, listing, pre-purchase and general real estate needs. With our years of experience, we have a proven track record of providing prompt professional home appraisal services to meet our client's needs.

We are a small company consisting of two appraisers, Wayne and Shirley Kuykendall. We are both state certified appraisers and are FHA approved. Wayne is a Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) with the Appraisal Institute as well as a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and the Sacramento Association of REALTORS (SAR). Membership in SAR gives full access to multiple listing service (MLS) data, public records data, and statistical data for our service area.
