These statistics for the community of North Sacramento show a significant decline in home inventory but also show a decline in the number of closed sales. Pending sales were unchanged and there was only a slight decline in the median home price. Little market strength is shown here indicating a continuing soft market.

These statistics for the community of Fruitridge show a significant decline in home inventory but also show a decline in closed sales and pending sales. The other bright spot in these statistics is the increase in median home price. These mixed results suggest the Fruitridge market still lacks direction.
