These statistics for the communities of North and South Natomas show a sharp decline in homes for sale but also indicate a decline in homes sold. The good news for the market here is that pending sales are up significantly. As with most Sacramento area communities, the median home price declined. These mixed results suggest the home market here is still looking for direction.
