Although we have provided appraisals for numerous purposes in the past, due to present market conditions, we have had to restrict our client list to maintain our ability to provide timely, quality service. At this time we are only able to accept appraisals from Universal American Mortgage, Schools Financial Credit Union, Countrywide Home Loans (Blue Oaks Blvd. - Roseville office) and JP Morgan Chase (Douglas Blvd. - Roseville office).
